Who can apply for the scholarship?
Any member of the MTEFCU who will enroll in post-secondary education for the Fall 2021 semester.

You can either pick up a paper copy from our branch in Houghton or download a copy here.
How do I apply for the scholarship from MTEFCU?
1. Complete the application.
2. Turn in the completed application, along with a one-page essay and two reference letters, by Friday, March 26, 2021.
What happens next if I am one of the chosen recipients?
1. We will contact you to let you know.
2. You should attend our Annual Meeting to accept the award (if we do not have an in-person meeting due to current COVID-19 restrictions, we will reach out to you about how to accept your award).
3. You will need to provide a copy of your Fall 2021 course schedule in order to claim your check.
