Share-Savings

A Share-Savings Account is the foundation for membership in the Michigan Tech Employees Federal Credit Union. By opening a regular share account with a minimum of $25, you become a member of your credit union.

Your account pays a competitive market rate of interest. Interest accrues daily and is paid quarterly on March 31, June 30, Sept. 30, and December 31. You will receive a statement quarterly (monthly if you have electronic activity or a draft/checking account).

You can receive your statements by mail or web, use our extensive online banking system, and use the PAT (personal automated teller) with your touch-tone phone.

• Scottie Savers for children 12 and under ($5 minimum)
• Teen Savers for ages 13-17 ($5 minimum and free checking)
• IRAs
• Certificates of Deposit
